FINALLY SOMETHING I ACTUALLY FINISHED!! <3

This was done for my sister's magazine project, she asked me to do a 4koma about Pokemon.
She actually had this encounter with Raikou and I've been meaning to make this into a comic anyhow, so it was the perfect opportunity!

When I played pokemon Heart gold it always happend to me when either Raikou and Ente escaped but i finally used Mean i to trap him. This is so much alike.
